The Rapid Transformational Therapy Process:

Prior to Week 1 

Listening to the Relaxation Recording each day for 7 days leading up to Week 1.

2 hr RTT / Clinical Hypnotherapy Session!

Listening to your personal hypnosis recording (made in your RTT session). This is your daily intentional: healing, growing, shifting, and processing time.

Week 2 

Integration Call (Pre-Recorded Video emailed to you in Week 2)

Week 3 or 4

30 Min Embodiment call (schedule link to book will be emailed to you in Week 2)

Step 1: Book your RTT Session

  • *please note you must book your session at least 7 days from today's date at least, to ensure you give yourself enough time to listen to the Relaxation Recording (found at step 3). 
  • Note for the RTT session: you will want to be in a quiet space where you will be undisturbed by people and pets

Step 3: Relaxation Recording

  • Listen to the Relaxation recording for at least 7 days prior to your session. Download the recording instead of listening from the dropbox link as it may cut out.
  • This recording primes your mind and body for hypnotherapy/dropping into a Theta brainwave, as well as the bonus of restoring and regulating the nervous system (so if you sleep with a partner- this will benefit them too!)

  • You can fall asleep to this recording each night. Your subconscious never sleeps, all the relaxation/words will still integrate

Best practices for the Session!

-A strong internet connection is a must!

-Preferably from a laptop, if not a cellphone/ipad will suffice (please no virtual background)

-Set yourself up for comfort: comfortable clothes, comfortable position, as the session will run for 2 hours. Do not be in space where you will be disturbed by people or pets. 

-Headphones for the best experience

-Ensure zoom is downloaded, updated, and working on your device.

-Tissues handy

Best practices for after the session:

 

Allow yourself time and space to integrate everything from the session and for the clearing process to continue. Having no plans for afterwards is best to honour where you are, what you need, and you may want to be in solitude, journal, or take it easy. You may feel tired from all of the processing or very energized from the clearing- every body responds differently.

The rest of the Transformation:

You are made a personal hypnosis recording, made just for YOU, to integrate all the shifts you desire on a subconscious, heart, body, and energetic level.

This recording is 50% of the Rapid Transformational Therapy process as the RTT session gets to the root, clears, and processes- now it is time to integrate, and that is exactly what the recording facilitates.  

Best practices for the recording:

  • Listen everyday 21-30 days. Everyday is necessary to make new neural connections and facilitate permanent shifts
  • You can fall asleep to the recording try not to fall asleep every time.
  • Find your favourite time to listen, some like right in the morning, a mid-day break, or in the evening.

Neuro-Science and Spirituality principles merge together in the recording to make it a timeless, powerful, and effective tool-personal for you.
