The topic I chose for this RTT session is the most common limiting belief that wreaks havoc on ones Mental Health: I am not enough.

Gift yourself at least 1.5 hours to indulge in the whole video. There is a mini presentation and then we get into the actual RTT session! 

Best practices for your RTT session:

 -Be in a quiet room where you will be undisturbed by people and pets-most people like to lay down or seated but very supported with pillows. 

-Wear whatever you are most comfortable in. 

-Headphones for the best experience.

The hypnosis recording is 50% of the RTT experience. In 1on1 RTT sessions you get your own personalized recording made just for you based upon what comes through in the session and your ideal outcomes. This one will be more general but still potent and effective. The RTT session itself clears the subconscious significant events, limiting beliefs, and core wounds. The hypnosis recording now integrates new empowering subconscious beliefs, retrains your emotional home, and aligns your conscious and subconscious mind together.

It is most effective when listened to each day for 21-30 days in a row! Give this gift to yourself each day for 20 minutes!
