Week 1- the foundation
-Setting the timelessness of the 6 Week container as well as setting forth sacred intentions for the container and beyond the time of the 6 weeks.
-Reflection and scaling of where you are now with Anxiety.
-Liberation of who and where you are. One foot in who you are, and who you are becoming. Moving forward.
-Understanding YOUR subconscious mind- what should really be taught in school. This is foundational for the rest of the course and rest of your life. Not even being dramatic here.
Starting to condition your mind to work for you , versus against you.
-Breaking up looping anxious thoughts. Pattern interrupt exercise
-Relaxation Hypnosis recording to prime your nervous system and mind for the RTT session.
Week 2 & 5 RTT sessions- write up on how powerful this is- the clearing, reframing, releasing, and establishing a new way of being.
Week 3: Subconscious Priming AM/PM routine. 2 Bonus Meditations for interuptting the threads of anxiety- let a powerful write up come to you, for you.- the Priming and establishing permanent and lasting change.
Week 4: Going from knowledge to embodiment- embodiment of your higher self and the person you are becominh

RTT is Subconscious & Energy work.
I guide clients on 3 main areas in this moment in time in the 2 hr session:
1) Mental Health struggles- these have a root and the root is found in the subconscious, pull the root out and implant new roots for a new way of Being.
- anxiety, depression, OCD, body image issues, hopelessness, childhood issues.
- Self issues- lack of self esteem, self worthiness, self belief, confidence, enough-ness. *depending on the magnitude of the struggle - a 2nd session will be recommended and advised or a longer program after the alignment call*
2) Feeling blocked in an area in your life? and don't know why? That is telling of a subconscious block. RTT gets to the root / reason and cause of your blocks and removes such blocks: in business, money, relationships (are you attracting the same person in your life always/the same boss…it is you attracting them), life in general
Blocks meaning:
- subconscious limiting beliefs
- subconscious programs that are running in the mind to be the opposite of what you desire- could look like self sabotage, procrastination, perfectionist, lack of motivation, foggy mind, poor memory
- childhood conditioning and patterning passed (unintentionally most likely) from parents and grandparents, even teachers, friends, and coaches
3) Manifesting - this is a hot word right now, I prefer to say Creating, because we are all co-creaters of our life and reality, most of us:
a) don’t believe or know this
b) have pesky subconscious limiting beliefs, leaks and drains in our energy field that block and resist our true hearts desires from “manifesting” into our reality.
Are you just trying to manifest something in your life and it just isn't happening? Your conscious desire (what you want to manifest) isn't aligned with your subconscious. The session will get to the subconscious root / reason and align your conscious and subconscious so your mind can go to work for you! In any area of your life:

But how does it work...
Your human mind will want to understand every single step of the process but it is different for everyone and I cannot give you a "one-size-fits-all" explanation of the RTT process.
RTT mostly utilizes hypnosis for deep subconscious work. Hypnosis is not magic nor scary like Hollywood likes to frame it as - it’s neuroscience! It works by inducing brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind as the critical factor within the conscious mind shuts down. It’s very easy and anyone can do it.
Throughout the session you will be answering questions to get to the root of your pertaining concern or issue, these answers coming from the subconscious. What comes up, gets processed, reframed, and/or released.
You will be made a personalized recording that weaves in what came up in the session, your intake form, and your desired results to condition and reprogram the Subconscious mind to work for you. The subconscious is conditioned via repetition, therefore the recording is an important element of the transformation and prescribed for 21 days after the session.
Why it works
Why you will experience significant shifts with RTT is because it doesn’t focus on just your conscious mind (talk therapy) that you only run off 5% of your day, its subconscious work which is 95% (again, do the math :) ) and energy work - because my friends, its 2021, by now you have felt, experienced ENERGY.
We are energy, have an energy field, can work with energy, our emotions are energy, energy work is an important part of the process and sprinkled in effectively throughout your RTT session as well as your personalized hypnosis recording that reconditions, reprograms, and re-energizes the body, subconscious mind, and energy.
Does it work online?
I only take clients online and results actually are BETTER than when I saw them in person. This is because you aren't going to a strange environment where you have never been before, you are in the comfort of your own home, where you know the sounds, the smells, its comfortable, and hypnotherapy works BEST when the client is relaxed and comfortable, which is achieved much better at home, than in a strange environment. You just need a good internet connection and video!
