How Manifesting Boosts Mental Health

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 because it highlights subconscious limiting beliefs, it highlights aspects of your shadow to clear up, it highlights things from childhood to shift your perspective around, it highlights self-defeating language you have to shift, it allows you to embody your highest self, and keep up-leveling, it boosts Mental Health because a manifesting mindset is empowering because you actually start to believe in yourself. When “manifesting” or as I like to call it: co-creating yo’ life, it makes you really take a look at all parts of yourself.⁣
You start to realize that you get to CHOOSE your beliefs; shine light, process, and work on the “inner ick”, and the end bi-product is you feel better, empowered, and Mental Health is boosted. Manifesting desires from a state of ⁣ease and from a vibration of “joyous expectancy of the best”, the actual manifestation is actually just a bonus...⁣
The person you become on that journey, on the way to the dream is the vibe. 𝗧𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀
 
I found hypnosis BY FAR was the real kicker to inner work, growth, and mindset shifts. Understanding the subconscious mind made manifesting make logical sense because I am very left brained. Now I get to combine neuroscience & spirituality to co-create an epic friggen life, but most importantly enJOY each day.
