get clear on what you desire. (What YOU truly desire- not what your parents say or society glorifies).

 

find someone you can relate to, for example and not limited to: same age, same town, same background etc. that has the very thing, or similar to what you desire aka want to manifest.

 

if you desire a loving relationship: find a couple, whether it be someone you know in real life, or not, that is the similar love to what you desire. If you want to manifest money, find someone similar to you or where they are in life or the job you desire and let your subconscious soak the images in (your subconscious understands images/pictures). When you see these examples of these people or situations, this expands your subconscious that: this is available to you too. To encode it even deeper, say: “thank you for showing what is available to me too” on repeat until you really feel (tapping into energy & your body) like you get to have that reality and manifestation as well.

 

*Notice if you get jealous or “why can’t I have that” mentality when you see others that have what you desire, you’re creating more resistance instead of allowing it to come into your reality when you operate at this low vibrational/conscious state. It’s up to you to shift from that, to an expanded state. The declaration of “thank you for showing what is available to me too!” and energetically feeling that reality- will open up the subconscious & energetic portal for it to do so.
